As acne starts appearing on face and other parts of body, people starts to avoid social life. As acne affects looks of a person directly thats why people get frustrated with it and avoid gatherings. To get rid of acne people does wrong things which not only aggravates skin condition but also leaves scars and blemishes. If you follow some guide lines to treat acne then you definitely get rid of it without scarring and blemishes.

Acne can be controlled or can be spread, it depends on your handling how you handle acne. Some times we follow someone advice regularly without knowing that how harmful they are. There are many myths as well which do not give any benefit to your face but people are still believing on those myths and aggravates their skin condition. Following are some do’s and don’t s of acne which can make your skin condition better or can worsen your skin condition.

Do’s of acne:

  • Wash your face regularly twice a day with mild soap.

  • quit makeup before going to bed as make can aggravate skin.

  • take a balance diet. Vitamins and minerals are very necessary for healthy skin.

  • take fresh juices of fruits and vegetables as they are very good for skin.

  • Take a good sleep. It is said that 8 hours sleep is very good for your health as well as for your skin.

  • Exercise daily, it is not only good for your health but good for your skin as well. People who said that exercise aggravates acne they are totally wrong. Just try to dry your self immediately after workout.

  • Use sun block before going out in a sun as sun may be harmful for your skin.

  • Drink lots of water as it keep away you from dehydration.

  • Change your pillow case and towel frequently as bacteria on your skin shifts to pillowcases and towels and then shifts to other parts of body.

  • Use oil free cosmetics.

Don’t s of acne:

  • use harsh soaps and cosmetics for acne affected skin as they may aggravates your skin.

  • leave acne on its own self. Thinking that acne will be cured by itself is totally wrong.

  • squeeze pimple or zit, it will leave scars on your face.

  • over wash your face again and again as it may spread bacteria to other parts.

  • Take antibiotics without doctors prescription. Before starting any antibiotic discuss every possibility with your doctor it they have many severe and mild side effects.

  • Switch treatments from one to another within a week or month. Every treatment at least take 3 to 4 weeks to show some results.

If you follow all these guide lines you can control your acne completely.
